Identification of defects responsible for optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) from copper-diffused LiAlO2 crystals
A large optically stimulated luminescence (CW-OSL) response has been observed from bulk lithium aluminate (LiAlO2) crystals that have been copper-diffused.
