Abstract
Excerpt: An accurate understanding of charged particle induced reactions is important for astrophysics and nuclear applications. Evaluations of light nuclei reaction cross sections are often performed using resonance matrix analysis and play a fundamental role in nuclear data libraries such as ENDF. Prompted by recent experimental measurements, an improved 𝑅-matrix analysis for the 8Be system is presented. Abstract © APS.
