Abstract
Nanomaterials have enormous potential for use in areas ranging from consumer goods to medical applications to electronics. At the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) at Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, researchers are investigating another application of nanotechnology: to treat contaminants in groundwater.
