Abstract
This video is designed to give AFIT faculty, students, and staff a basic overview for creating distribution statements and marking theses, dissertations, and other technical documents for publication. Because the USAF, DoD, and AFIT want to share as much of its scientific and technical findings as possible, the video’s slide show and narration discuss the process for making documents publicly available. Not all documents will be releasable to the public. Even unclassified documents may be restricted for a variety of reasons discussed in the video. All distribution statements and their reasons for use are discussed in the presentation.
